Child's Carnevil Clown Costume

A creepy carn-evil clown to scare up some Halloween fun!

This child's costume includes a knee-length ruffled dress with print pinstripes, mixed material collar, puff sleeves, and all with red ribbon and red pom accents. Also includes matching gloves, knee-highs and ruffle boot cuffs. Hood and loop tape tabs closure in dress back. Balloon, make up and boots are NOT included. The costume is available in Medium (8-10), Large (12-14) and Extra Large (14-16).
